    Since starting his career 18 years ago, he has always been an innovator and technology enthusiast. His early experiences at Orange, Orascom and Ooreedoo shaped his later business ventures in the Middle East that involves international sales, ICT, marketing and consultancy.

    He leads an executive leadership team focused on Skytelecom’s vision to change the way people work, live, play and learn. Under his leadership, Skytelecom is empowering its customers to create and deliver value with innovation in digital realm.

    For the past 7 years as the CEO of a Multinational Software Company, he led the company by enhancing customer experience, driving cloud revolution, evolving telecom technology and transforming retail banking.

    EVP Business & Strategy

    Being a visionary and ambitious leader with over 20 years of combined experience in ICT business development and marketing for large accounts, Utpal oversees the strategic direction of Skytelecom. His clients’ portfolio includes telecom service providers, software leaders, government and various other industries. Prior to working with Skytelecom, Utpal has held leadership positions with Gartner and many other regional leaders in technology arena.

    With his extensive experience, change governance and utmost dedication to excellence, Utpal supports the company’s business operations and focus on growth opportunities, including important customer relationships, product initiatives and development program performance.

  • Dominique Gingras
    EVP Marketplace, Customer Experience & Operations

    Joining us from Canada, Dominique brings global commercial experience and expertise in Customer Operations, Retail, Sales, Revenue Management, Operational Marketing and Digitalization of Customer Experience.

    The first half of her career was with Canadian Telecom Operators, Bell Canada and Rogers. Since 2007, she has been working in North Africa (Djezzy in Algeria and inwi in Morocco) and the Middle East (Lebanon, Jordan and UAE) for Telecom Operators as part of the executive team and as a freelance consultant for EY.

    An experienced leader, throughout her career, Dominique has used her analytical abilities, energy and passion to inspire and drive high-performing teams, optimize relationships into achieving top performance, always looking for the most efficient way to deliver a superior customer and commercial experience.

    Known for her positive communication style and rigour in her work, Dominique is pragmatic, visionary, decisive; but most of all – very focused.
